Creating space, delivering clarity
Why me?

Connecting dots - making change possible
Coaching for Clarity & Momentum
I believe coaching only works when there’s real resonance between coach and client. Without that, it’s just conversation. With it, lives can shift. So here’s some information about me:
A few years before I turned 50, I hit that very unglamorous “is this it?” moment.
On paper, life looked full — a long career in the City, mostly in financial services, 18 years of marriage, divorce, job moves, country moves, good friends, holidays, a home of my own. But somewhere along the way, I’d lost my spark – my sense of joy.
I told myself it was probably hormones. That was part of it. But even when I started feeling physically better, I was still stuck. I’ve always been the person who can see the pattern, connect the dots, pull moving pieces into a plan. But when it came to my own life, I couldn’t quite do that. I was going round in circles, knowing something had to change, but not quite able to make it happen.
So after some procrastination, I decided to invest in myself and I got a coach.
It changed everything.
What made the difference wasn’t someone telling me what to do – a neat easy 'do this' answer. It was having space to think out loud, a sharp listener, someone willing to challenge the stories I was telling myself, and an accountability partner who didn’t let me let myself off the hook. No fluff. No clichés. Just honest, focused work that helped me move forward.
That experience solidified what I feel is important about coaching. For me, it’s not about fixing people or wrapping everything in reassuring language. It’s about clarity, challenge, and momentum. It’s about cutting through the noise, getting honest about what’s really going on, and making change feel possible.
It starts with resonance — because if you don’t feel it with your coach, the work won’t land – but it ends with you.
